Our Community Access service is designed to help individuals achieve their unique community and social participation goals. Whether it’s attending social gatherings, medical appointments, shopping, or engaging in various community activities, we’re here to assist.
What We Offer

Personalized Support

Our dedicated team provides one-on-one support, ensuring that individuals can access and participate in the community according to their preferences and schedules. We're available seven days a week, providing flexibility and convenience.

Diverse Activities

Soulmate Care offers a wide array of activities to enrich the lives of our participants. Some of the activities we support include:
